Selection and Return: Please carefully consider your choice of artwork, as all sales are final and we do not accept returns. However, we acknowledge that under certain circumstances, an exchange may be necessary. We can facilitate an exchange for another piece of equivalent value within a period of 10 days from the original date of purchase. The customer shall bear all costs related to the return shipping of the artwork.

Visual Discrepancies: Please note that images of artworks displayed on our website are captured using digital photography. Consequently, slight visual differences may occur between the digital image and the physical artwork, due to factors such as lighting conditions and camera lens effects. We make every effort to ensure the digital representation is as accurate as possible.

Authenticity: All artworks sold are original and unique. For each piece of art purchased, a Certificate of Authenticity will be provided. On occasion, we may offer limited edition reproductions of certain pieces, which will be clearly labeled as reproductions. All copyright and reproduction rights are retained by the artist.

Shipping: All artworks are diligently packed and dispatched to ensure they arrive at their destination in optimal condition. Delivery times are counted from the moment of dispatch, not the time of order. Upon dispatch, a tracking number will be provided. If you require delivery by a specific date, please specify this in the delivery note section during checkout. We will make every effort to meet your request.

Damaged Artwork: In case of visible serious damage to the external packaging upon delivery, please refuse to sign for the delivery and immediately contact our customer service. To avoid accidental damage to unframed works, we recommend that unpacking and handling of the artwork be undertaken by a professional art handler or framer.If you discover damage after unpacking the artwork, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receipt. Please include digital images of the damage for our reference. Should we determine that the artwork was damaged during transit, we will endeavour to replace the piece. If a replacement is not available, we will arrange an exchange once the damaged artwork and the corresponding Certificate of Authenticity (when applicable) are returned to us.
Please note that this Purchase Policy forms a legally binding contract between the buyer and the seller and by purchasing an artwork, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions stated above.
